Granton Knives

All Granton knives are available with a choice of red, blue, yellow, green, brown, white or black handles. This system helps prevent cross contamination by assigning coloured handles to particular work areas.

8" Palette Knives

Flat blade palette knife for turning meat or veg in a pan or smoothing icing on cakes. Blade is tapered from handle to tip for even bending up to 90. Stainless steel blade to resist rusting. Dishwasher safe.
