All Granton knives are available with a choice of red, blue, yellow, green, brown, white or black handles. This system helps prevent cross contamination by assigning coloured handles to particular work areas.



With a larger width toward the point of the blade balances the weight of the knife toward the end of the knife for general purpose cutting of large joints of meat. Stainless steel blade to resist rusting. Dishwasher safe.
