Failure to carry out routine draining of compressed air systems can cause serious damage to 'downstream' components such as valves, cylinders and control systems. The Auto Drain Valve eliminates the risk of this potentially expensive problem by providing regular automatic condensate drainage. A special electronic timer is coupled to a purpose built self cleaning solenoid valve. The complete unit requires only a simple installation procedure. Once fitted the unit can be set with a variety of interval and discharge times to suit the particular compressed air system requirements. The unit is suitable for air, neutral gas and contaminated liquid discharge.
