Internally wired using 2.5mm cable. 2.5mm internal cable from 4 x 16amp outlets - safer than using 1.5mm cable - heat issues! Improved strain relief - secure input cable. Fitted with Defender 16amp plug. Plastic housing - improved electrical safety. Made using impact resistant materials. Water resistant to IP44 - lowest point sockets. Sealed casing (IP44) - better than old steel splitter. Weighted, self-righting base - will not tip when pulled. Low centre of gravity. Integral handle - protected from damage.
