SK wedge belts offer significant performance advantages with up to 97% drive efficiency with extended belt life and easier fitting.
S=C Plus length tolerance* Belts are automatically length matched to very tight tolerances and so require no matching, are easier to fit and run more efficiently in sets.
Example: SPC 5000 tolerance range = +/-2mm compared to DIN standard/other manufacturers = +/-50mm
Advanced manufacturing techniques like our rotational curing process mean that our SK belts are less prone to fatigue and absorb less power in wrapping around the pulley, resulting in improved drive efficiency and longer belt life.

USA Standard RMA/MPTA.
The wrapped Optibelt SK wedge belt has been developed with mechanical engineering in mind.
It transmits substantially more power than the classical V-belt with comparable top width.
The Optibelt SK high performance wedge belt is preferred for use in heavy mechanical engineering with very high load requirements, which can be over 2000kW.
*Belts marked are part of the S = C PLUS range with an efficiency of approximately 97% and are suitable for use and require no service or adjustment during service life.
