Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Bolt Clamps

Heavy duty bolt clamps to DIN 3017 are specifically designed to give extremely high band tension for sealing pressure/suction lines with either steel or plastic reinforcement and high shore hardness. Reinforced loops withstand significantly higher torques and the mechanically locked closure has no welding points and therefore no contact corrosion. Bridge gives optimal hose protection and the robust band with rounded edges for protection against injuries and/or damage to the hose surface. The band, housing and screw are all made from high grade 316 Stainless steel.

For permanent location of parts. Deep penetration for maximum radial and axial fixing power. Can be used as pivots and where fine adjustment is required.

High Grade Alloy Steel to BS EN ISO 898/1 Grade 12.9. Suitable for all high tensile applications. Maximum operating temperature (unplated): 300°C. Dimensions to ANSI B 18.3 - 1936 Series.

Kennedy Thread Repair

Kennedy Professional Thread Repair Wire Inserts are the easiest and quickest inserts to install to repair damaged or worn threads, you simply screw the insert into the pre-drilled and tapped hole, until the drive tang breaks off. They can be used with plastics or other materials provided that the material is strong enough to withstand the expansion of the insert as the screw thread locks into the wall of the hole. They are also suitable for new applications where, because of their mechanical strength benefits their introduction may result in the use of thinner sections or lighter parent materials without sacrificing thread strength they can also be used for converting from metric to inch and vice versa.

Most inserts are 1.5x diameter for length. For example:- M6 is 9mm long.
Other lengths are available on request.

Zinc Plated Rubber Lined P-Clips

Mild Steel - Zinc plated to ZN3 specification with clear passivate. All clips lined in EPM rubber which is fully resilient to oils and extreme temperatures (-50 to 160C). Applications include automotive engine compartment and chassis, electrical cables, pipework, ducting, refrigeration and machine installations.
