Tuffsafe high visibility waistcoats, coats, jackets and trousers are manufactured to the exacting standards of BSEN471 1994 to ensure hi-visibility clothing of the highest standard for high-risk environments.



Heavyweight PVC coated polyester lightweight over-trousers with elasticated waist, two position stud adjustment to legs, two Side pockets with storm flaps and fully taped waterproof seams. Complete with two 50mm reflective bands around each leg.
PREN343 1993: Class 3 (highest) water penetration. Class 1 (lowest) water vapour resistance.
BSEN471 1994: Class 1 area of fluorescent background and retro reflective tape.
BSEN471 1994: Class 2 retro reflective tape performance.

Sicilia Tradesman Work Jacket

TuffSafe?s Sicilia premium quality tradesman jacket manufactured from a durable hard wearing 300gsm fabric mix of 65% polyester 35% cotton.

The Sicilia jacket has the following features:
Front and back reflective beading that runs from cuff to cuff.
Two front pockets and two breast pockets with ?Hook & Loop? fastening.
Chunky front zip with storm flap with ?Hook & Loop? and press stud fasteners. Concealed drawstring hood.
Adjustable cuffs with ?Hook & Loop? fastening and elasticated drawstring waist. Zip out quilt lining.
Zipped embroidery access to allow corporate identity to be added.
Colour: grey/black.

Tuffsafe High Visibility Clothing

A multi-function coat system for all seasons. An outer layer, detachable inner jacket, detachable inner sleeves and detachable hood giving multiple wear options to suit any weather conditions.

Outer Layer: Two reflective bands around the torso and each sleeve, one band over each shoulder meeting EN471 class 3/3 requirements and EN343 class 3/3.

Two way zip with press stud storm flap protection. Fully taped seams. Fleece collar. External phone pocket and clear I.D pouch. Two "D" rings. Zip security pocket within the storm flap for easy access. Two external pockets with pop stud fastening plus two side slant pockets for easy access. Adjustable Velcro cuff straps. Inner layer retained by zips and press studs. Zip access to shell for corporate identity/branding. Adjustable drawstring toggles on waist and hood.

Inner Layer/ Body Warmer: Two reflective bands around the torso, one band over each shoulder meeting EN471 class 3/2 requirements.

Dual purpose inner layer with reflective properties and inner quilted option when reversed. Fully taped seams. Two way zipper for attaching to outer layer or wearing independently. Fleece collar. External phone pocket with "D" ring. Two external side pockets on both hi-viz and quilted layer. Elasticated cuffs. Removable zipped sleeves to create Body Warmer.
