It sticks only to itself and not the wrapped items.

Hi-Bond Acrylic Double-Sided Foam Tape

High bond double-sided tape that bonds metals, plastics & glass eliminating drilling and unsightly fasteners to allow creation of new material combinations. Strong enough to replace rivets, bolts, welds and other mechanical fixings! Vibration resistant and weatherproof properties make it a viable alternative to mechanical fasteners. Pure Kraft Paper Roll
