Azlon Safety Shields

Tough, clear polycarbonate. Supplied as three panels joined by polypropylene hinges. Adjustable, can be used as a tight triangle or extended out to a straight line configuration. Suitable for classrooms, laboratories and factories. Stronger than armoured glass giving maximum protection from flying glass, hot liquids and other hazards. The material has a very low flammability being self extinguishing (passes BS2782 part 5 1970 Methods 508A and 508D) (Din 4 102). The bases consists of a pair of plastic coated metal feet measuring 60 x 150mm and weighing 700g. The bases can be clamped or bolted onto the bench to give greater stability. Each set is supplied with two base sets but without clamp.

Azlon Narrow Neck PP Bottles With Caps

Translucent, rigid and leak-proof HDPE bottles with PP screw caps. Lightweight, but very durable in use. Ideal for a wide range of liquid storage and sampling applications. Excellent general chemical resistance. Moulded SPI recycling codes and volume information on bottle base. Singles supplied capped in shrink-wrapped packs.

Wide Neck Graduated PP Bottles With Caps

Clear, crisp printed graduations show millilitres and fluid ounces. Quality polypropylene bottles with good chemical resistance. Printed with large white write-on' space for safe, easy labelling. Leakproof wide mouth bottle - ideal for both liquids and solids, with easy access. Autoclavable to 121C. High clarity polypropylene allows clear viewing of contents. Reference code detailed on the bottle for easy replacement ordering. SPI recycling codes moulded to base. When autoclaving bottles ensure the caps are loosened or removed to prevent accidental implosion.

Azlon Wide Neck Vented Wash Bottles

Labelled wide neck wash bottles featuring the patented Driplok vapour venting valve that prevents hazardous volatile solvent drips. Indelibly printed with a choice of a custom or two solvent labels all including full hazard symbols, safety information and instructions for use. Fitted with colour coded one-piece PP closures that maintain their shape in use. Closures feature precision jet-tip aperture for fine control. Bottles feature SPI recycling codes and volume information on their base. Custom/DIY version solvent bottles are also available with the Driplok valve. These are supplied with write-on areas for own solvent labeling and a supply of adhesive hazard symbols.

Azlon Bibbette Pippette Controller Plain

This pipette filler offers incredible control. The speed of operation is similar to electronic units many times its price. A novel PTFE and Silicone rubber valve assembly controls the vacuum. By moving the thumb lever, pipettes from 0.1ml up to 100ml can be easily and accurately filled and emptied. Blow out pipettes are catered for by the depression of a small thumb operated squeeze ball. A replaceable PTFE membrane filter ensures liquid is not accidentally drawn into the unit. The filter and pipette holding cone can be sterilised by autoclaving. Each Bibbette comes with full instructions and two membrane filters.

Azlon Bulb Pipettes Class B PP

Calibrated to meet class B tolerance. Permanently marked with ring and inscriptions. Exposure to temperatures above 60C may affect accuracy. Recommend cleaning with mild alkaline detergents up to 60C.

Azlon Classic Design Graduated PP Beakers

Popular, classic Azlon beakers designed to BS5404: Part 1 1976. Good chemical resistance. Can withstand temperatures up to 135C. Graduations and an indication of material and maximum heat resistance are clearly printed using indelible solvent resistant ink.

Azlon Test Tube Racks

Economical and sturdy test tube racks. Supplied in flat packs for self assembly. Autoclavable and sink in water baths. Alpha numeric place coding. Tube sizes are 10, 13 & 18mm in diameter. Rack colour: white.
