Snipe nose pliers 165mm (6 1/2"): with serrated jaws, tapered to work in confined spaces. Capable of gripping and manoeuvring small objects in confined areas.

Diagonal nippers 140mm (5 1/2"): for cutting wire. The cutting edge is set at a slight angle to the handles, this allows the you to cut close to a flat surface, and leave the hand clear of any obstructions.

Combination pliers 165mm (6 1/2"): are able to grip and cut. They are often referred to as engineers' pliers, or if the handle is insulated electricians' pliers. The jaws are serrated for gripping flat surfaces and the rounded section in the jaws are for gripping nuts, tubes and pipes. The cutter is positioned behind the gripping section of the jaw.
