3M Green Corps? Flexible Grinding Discs

A range of Green Corps? flexible grinding discs which provide a fast cut smooth finish on a variety of metals. They can offer substantially reduced levels of vibration when grinding. Ideal for weld grinding, de-scaling, heavy deburring and deflashing of flame cut parts. To be used with back-up pads.

Overlapped abrasive strips slowly wear away revealing fresh abrasive, ensuring the disc always cuts effectively, reducing clogging, provides constant finish throughout disc life, generates less noise and heat - less blueing. No backing pads needed - fits directly onto machine. Safe to use at 80m/s on any grinder. Tested at 150m/s and approved by the German Grinding Wheel Authority (DSA).
