Kennedy straight blade tin snips are a traditional design, suitable for the general purpose cutting of sheet metal in a wide range of materials such as copper, aluminium and mild steel.

Manufactured from drop forged carbon steel with hardened and precision ground blades which can be re-sharpened.

Manufactured from the finest industrial quality drop forged chrome vanadium steel hardened to 54 - 58 Rockwell with ground cutting edges, for clean accurate cuts. The double fulcrum compound action magnifies the pressure applied by the user making it easier to cut. Spring loaded to allow easy single-handed operation. The handles are coated for improved comfort, control and have anti-slip guards for extra safety. Thumb lock ensures the jaws are closed when not in use. Suitable for use on mild steel and other non-ferrous materials. Capacity: up to 1.2mm cold rolled steel sheet.
