E.A.R Tracers offer all the benefits of UltraFit whilst also being metal detectable. The 2.75mm steel ball is securely positioned in the stem of the plug. Tracers are specifically designed for the food processing, manufacturing and other industries where there is a risk of contamination.

Banded Earplugs

Laboratory tested NRR 20dB Class BL conically shaped pods made of silicone swivel for easy alignment and entry into ear. Worn under chin, it will not interfere with hard hat or glasses. Band for placing around neck helps prevent loss and is ideal for intermittent use. Conform to EN352-2: 2002.

Ear Defenders

Ear defenders suitable for use in moderate environments of industrial noise, such as workshops, sheet metal shops and printing works and also outdoors when cutting the lawn or in connection with hobby and leisure activities, providing all round protection for both short and long spells. One of the lightest semi-aural hearing devices on the market. These ear plugs provide day long protection for workers exposed to noise and are ideal as disposable protectors for factory visitors. Replacement pods are available. Conform to EN352-2: 2002 tested and approved by INSPEC technical specifications.

No waste funnel has an easy to use twist motion that ensures plugs drop directly into the palm of the hand. Built-in catch plate prevents wastage on the factory floor. Transparent dispenser case gives a clear indication of when a replacement bottle is required. Refills are easy to change in four simple steps. Only the bottle is replaced leaving the stand and mechanism to be reused. Any residual plugs can be emptied into the new refill reducing waste costs. Refill quantity: 500.

PP-01-002 Classic Ear Plugs

The E.A.R. Classic ear plugs are manufactured from a soft energy absorbed polymer foam which provides excellent hearing protection and all day comfort. Ideal for use wherever noise is a problem, either in work or leisure activities. Individually packed in cardboard pillow packs. Conform to EN352-2: 2002.
