Thrust Ball Bearings

Thrust Bearings are designed primarily to support axial loads at contact angles between 30° and 90°. Just as with radial bearings, these bearings differ according to the type of rolling element they use. With thrust bearings, it is necessary to supply an axial preload in order to prevent slipping movement between the bearing's rolling element and raceways.
Comprising of caged ball bearing element and pair of shaft housing washers (bearing shaft washer and housing washer, and the normal contact angle is 90°. Axial loads can be supported in only one direction, radial loads cannot be accommodated. Spherical roller and needle roller versions are also available.

Rubber Sealed Type

With rubber seals inserted into the outer raceway and in contact with the inner race providing protection against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The seals also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Seals can be easily removed for applications that only require one seal.

Open type without seals to allow for the free circulation of either oil or grease, used in gearboxes and other assemblies where a lubricant is already present.

Wide Series Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Clearance

Slightly wider than the 6200 series with the same bore and outside diameter. Designed to withstand radial loads, withstand axial loads in both directions and operate at high speeds of rotation.

Angular Contact Bearings - Double Row

Double-row angular-contact ball bearings accept axial loads in both directions and can be used singly, as dual bearing units.? withstand axial loads in both directions? accept relatively high speeds of rotationThe construction of these bearings limits them to very small misalignment values, in the range of 0.06.

Series 32...A, 33...A

Contact angle 25, no filling slots and can accept axial loads in both directions. These bearings have synthetic material cages.

Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Single row angular contact bearings have the raceways arranged that the forces are transmitted from one raceway to the other at a specific contact angle and can only support axial forces in one direction. They must be axially adjusted against a second bearing fitted in a mirror image.
