Q-MAX Cutters

The non-rotating metal hole cutter is manufactured from high tensile steel heat treated for a long keen cutting life providing burr free accuracy time after time.

To produce the hole a small pilot hole is drilled allowing a connecting bolt to join the punch on one side and the die on the other side of the materials. Pressure is then applied by tightening the bolt and thus the hole is literally punched out.

Capacity:
Mild steel up to 16swg (1.62mm).
Stainless steel up to 16swg (1.62mm).
Sheet copper, brass and aluminum up to 2.0mm.
Plus many other sheet materials and ductile plastic.
