The Baar boiler suit is manufactured from anti-static and flame-retardant boiler PyroPro fabric it protects against welding and electric arc. Triple-stitched attractive contrasting seams on the sleeves, sides, the outer and inner sides of the legs and at crotch, improve the strength and durability of this quality boiler suit. Metal zip fly. Adjustable knee-pad pockets with flaps and top access. Concealed two-way zip with two press studs and high collar with velcro closure. Chest pockets with flaps and concealed press studs and internal pocket. Pleats with ventilation at the back for increased comfort throughout the working day. Portwest® Flame Resistant Comfort Coveralls

The fibres used in this fabric include 93% Nomex® which is an inherently flame resistant meta-aramid fibre that does not melt, drip or continue to burn, providing natural flame resistance without the need for a chemical treatment in the textile process. These fibres are blended with 5% para aramid Kevlar® for strength and is inherently antistatic by also incorporating 2% electrostatic charge dissipative P-140 carbon fibre for protection against electrostatic discharge hazards. The fabric has a fluorocarbon finish providing oil and water repellency and helps to protect against stains.

Proshield 10 Disposable Coveralls

The Dupont Proshield 10 coverall has a nylon zipper front with zipper flap, an attached elasticated hood, wrists, back waist and ankles. It exceeds the minimum size requirements for North America and Europe. The unique sleeve design with underarm gussets (extra fabric) allows greater freedom of arm movement, without restriction. A unique zip design zips over the neck to above the chin, eliminating exposed neck areas. Serged seams. It is manufactured from a SMS material that is ideal for dry particulate barrier and repellence. It is lightweight, and breathable with improved strength, splash and particulate resistance in comparison to many traditional SMS products. Anti-static treated.

Tychem 'F' provides an even greater barrier against aggressive chemicals, toxic substances, gases and most organic chemicals. Manufactured to meet the seam-tightness requirements and whole-suit tests defined by the new European standards for Chemical Protective Clothing of Types 3 and 4.
Tyvek 'F' is a high performance barrier material.
It is produced by laminating TYVEK to a barrier film which is coated by a polymer. The combination of the film and the polymer provide a particle-tight material with good resistance to penetration and permeation by many liquids and gases.
Provides even higher protection. Flexible and lightweight yet strong. Stitched and taped seams. 100% protection against hazardous dust and powders. Outstanding protection against organic and inorganic acids and bases, many commonly used gases, most organic solvents, blood and blood-borne pathogens and certain chemical in aerosol and spray form.
