Rawl® Kemfix Resin Bonded Anchor System

Rawl R-CAS (Kemfix) is a high performance resin bonded anchor system that is used for safety critical, structural applications. It relies on the adhesion of the resin to the concrete and stud therefore providing an expansion-free anchorage. It can be used with studs or sockets in a wide range of solid base materials including stone, masonry, and concrete.

Concrete Screws

High tensile steel screw installed with an electric drill
and a T30 Torx screwdriver bit for a positive non slip
installation. Suitable for use in concrete, brickwork and stone.

Rawl Wedge Anchors

Zinc plated standard type. Provide permanently fixed threaded sockets in concrete. Allows both bolts and threaded rods to be installed and removed without damaging the anchor.

For fast, repetitive fixing with minimal use of
screwdriver required. Reinforced screwhead facilitates
high knock-in loads with the added benefit of plug neck grip. Hammer in drive screw for fast installation. Extended expansion zone gives extra grip. Suitable for use in concrete, stone, brickwork and blockwork.

R-XPT Through Bolts

The versatile through fixing for use in a wide range of applications in concrete of 20N/mm2 and over. Embedding depth markings to ensure correct installation.
European Technical Approval. Zinc-plated.
Typical applications include - cladding restraint, curtain wall, balustrade, barriers, handrails, racking, structural steel, bollards.

Rawl Rawlbolt Heavy Duty Masonry Anchors

Ideal general-purpose anchor bolts with excellent tolerance to variation in hole size. The collapsible ferrule ensures positive clamping force is transmitted to the fixture. Suitable for use in concrete, brickwork and stone. Typical applications for heavy duty anchors include roller shutter doors, fire doors, steelwork, security grills, machinery, pipework/ducting supports.
