Wood Adhesive (Resin W)

Used for general woodworking joinery, bonding wood veneers and laminated plastics to wood or chipboard cores. May also be used for bonding other materials to recessed wood. Can be used on all woods, is fast setting with a bond strength generally better than the wood itself. Complies with BS 4071:1996.

Cleaner 3 Cleaner/Thinner

Bostik Cleaner 3 is used for thinning solvent-borne adhesives based on polychloroprene rubber and, to a limited extent, nitrile rubber and polyurethane based adhesives (up to 10-15% addition). It is also used for cleaning brushes and other application equipment used with these adhesive types and as a surface cleaner prior to adhesive application.
Application Instructions;
Moisten rag or cotton wool with Bostik Cleaner 3 and wipe the contaminated surface, avoid surface recontamination by frequently changing the rag/cotton wool. Allow residual solvent to dry off before carrying out subsequent operations. Bostik Cleaner 3 is a mixture of ester, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.

528 Contact Adhesive

A general-purpose one part polychloroprene rubber/resin contact adhesive which has a high initial grab with an excellent final bond strength and a good temperature resistance. Used for bonding decorative and rigid laminated plastic sheets of PVC of ABS to wood, wood composite boards and metals. Also bonds rigid plastic nosings and covings. Can be used on suspended or vertical flat surfaces. Available in 500ml, 1, 2.5 or 5 litre tins. Also available as Thixotropic (TX), which is faster curing and of a thicker consistency.

Evo-Bond PVA

Evo-Bond will bond most building materials provided that one has a degree of porosity. Suitable for a variety of applications including bonding, priming and as admixtures. Evo-Bond may also be used as a dust sealer. Excellent primer, bonds to most building surfaces and improves adhesion.
