Allied Maxcut GEN3SYS? High Penetration Drilling System

The innovative GEN3SYS? system is designed for use with both ferrous and non-ferrous materials to provide high metal removal rates, increased hole accuracy and true position, as well as high quality finish. Using a unique helical geometry with high axial and radial rakes, the GEN3SYS? insert profile delivers optimum chip forming with elastic materials, such as structural steel and alloys, without compromising chip control on other materials. Carbide substrates, K35, K20 and K10 general purpose and cast iron geometries are available along with Allied Maxcut's proprietary AM200? coating as standard. Other coatings are also available as non stocked standards.

Drill diameter range: Metric: 12 - 32mm. Inch: 0.4844" to 1.250".
Drill depth: available in 3x, 5x and 7x diameters.
Flute types: Straight or Helical.

Allied Maxcut Accuport 432 Port Contour Cutter Kits

In order to better align with the metric port specification ISO-6149, AMEC has updated some features of our metric AccuPort 432 tools. Since the AccuPort 432 Port Contour Cutter is the only indexable tool in the industry that can produce the drilled hole and the port form in one step, dimensions were changed to produce the most capable forms possible. By setting dimensions to the nominal values, the resulting port form will be well within acceptable tolerance requirements. Dimensions that were updated related primarily to the ID ridge diameter, pilot length, seal angle diameter, and spotface diameter.
