Mitsubishi Indexable Turning Inserts

Grade Description: UE6020 (P15-P35)
The most highly recommended grade for interrupted and continuous cutting of Carbon and Alloy Steels at moderate speeds. Resistance to Edge build up and chip welding. May also be successfully utilised in Bearing Steel, Stainless Steels and Cast Irons.

Chip Breaker: MA - Light roughing and general purpose cutting. Suitable for various cutting conditions and materials.

Mitsubishi's GY grooving series offers the ultimate in rigidity and accuracy for stability when grooving. This easy to use modular blade system allows flexible tool management but maintains an overall strength comparable to a mono block type holder.

Mitsubishi Materials has developed an original and unique, new modular blade system. The TriForce system ensures the blade is securely fixed in 3 directions (side, front and top) giving high rigidity for stable grooving performance.

Outstanding compatibility, one toolholder can be used with several different blades, offering a versatile modular system and improved tool management.
