Castrol CareCut ES2 is formulated using advanced biodegradable ester based technology it can be used with all types of grinding media, but is especially effective with CBN grinding. It is suitable for severe grinding, form grinding and gear grinding. It is suitable for all ferrous and non-ferrous metal machining but is particular suitable for boring operations in general deep hole drilling, boring and trepanning where pressurised coolant systems are used to clear swarf quickly.

Long life, semi-synthetic soluble cutting fluid. Multi-purpose machining applications: milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, etc. Multi-metal machining applications: ferrous and non-ferrous metals, aluminium, stainless steel, etc. Excellent tool life. Castrol Metal Cutting Lubricants

A non-phenolic, general purpose soluble cutting fluid for use in a wide range of machining operations with a variety of materials. Particularly suitable for use with steel and cast iron components. (Not recommended for use with copper alloys Cooledge CB is suggested for this purpose). Castrol Cooledge BI has proven itself as a water extendable fluid for use in processes such as the drawing of white goods panels and forming of welded steel tube.

For maximum service life, coolant systems should be cleaned and sterilised by treatment with Castrol System Cleaner before changing to Cooledge BI. Treatment entails the addition of approximately 1% System Cleaner to the previous charge of coolant the day before it is due to be discarded.

It is suitable for machining various materials including ferrous metals, aluminium, copper, and titanium. It is also suitable for aerospace aluminium alloys i.e. 2024 and 7075. Castrol Hysol XF incorporates advanced additive technology to prevent fungal and bacterial infections ensuring exceptional sump life. The product is suitable for use in central coolant systems and single sump machines.
