Heavy construction for industrial use. Manufactured from Douglas fir, morticed, tenoned, glued and wedged. Hinged to the back board and bolted through the stiles for extra strength. Treads at 250mm rise, pinned with ring shank nails and fitted with check blocks at intervals to prevent sideways movement. Tie rod are fitted at not more than 4 treads apart. All with varnished finish and all metal fittings are rust proofed. Manufactured to BS1129 Class 1 and Kitemarked.

These pump plunger cans are the safest way of moistening wipes with flammable liquids. You simply place the cloth onto the spring-loaded tray and depress it to pump liquid onto the cloth the NEW improved smart pump mechanism manufactured from chemically resistant Ryton and brass will pump down to the last 6mm of liquid, requiring less refills and therefore less exposure to potential spillage. With each action of the pump more liquid is bought to the surface. Saturation is increased by 50%. The perforated tray acts as flame arrestor so in the event of a fire flame will not reach the flammable liquid. Excess liquid drains back into can, reducing product usage through less wastage.
