Flat Webbing Slings

High strength to weight ratio, light to handle and easy to use. Shock absorbing construction and wide load bearing area produce a secure grip and eliminate damage to the load. All types are made from oil and acid resistant polyester, treated with a wear resistant impregnation. All sizes are colour coded to indicate SWL (safe working load), rating and marked with traceability code. These ratings are for a straight line pull only. Other variations of pull are shown below along with the relevant SWL. All slings come complete with test certificate.

Duplex Type - Double Thickness

With flat metal reinforced eye at each end. Conform to BS 3481 : Part 2.

Mending Links

A simple link with 'scarf' opening at one end for maximum strength. Ideal for joining or repairing chains.



Galvanised finish.
Size: 6 x 38mm (1/4" x 1,1/2").

Bow Shackles

A coupling link with a bow shape to allow extra clearance for more than one length of chain or rope. Material and pin diameters are equal except where stated. Rated loads are for guidance only. ?Tested? bow shackles are available to order.

Handling Equipment

The traditional sack barrow is a safe and effective way for an individual to move a heavy load. The body of this sack barrow is manufactured from high strength tubular steel and has a flat steel toe for easy location under the load to be moved. Hard wearing durable solid rubber tires with smooth running bearings ensure the barrow is as easy to manoeuvre when loaded as it is when unloaded. Rubber grips on the handles allow you to get a good grip.

Supplied without the wheels fitted, push fit self-assembly required.
