Tool Carriers

Tool carrier blocks offer a new, flexible method of storing CNC tooling. Individual tool pots simply clip into the carrier block. Specify the type of tooling and then add the required amount of storage pots to the carrier block. Tool carrier blocks may be used in conjunction with trolleys, cupboards or freestanding on a bench top. Supplied in yellow RAL1023 only.
Tool carrier block dimensions (W x D x H): 590 x 124 x 110mm.
Tool blocks can mount directly into 750mm wide drawers.

Transport Trolley

Multi position for use with CWT tool carriers. Tool carriers are inserted into the trolleys using the suspension brackets.
Two swivel castors with full locking brake and two fixed castors.
For up to 10-12 tool carriers. Optional end shelf with rubber mat illustrated.
Enhanced safety as the tooling can be stored within the confines of the trolley.
Note:
To store each carrier block, a pair of carrier suspension brackets must be ordered.
The model shown also features an optional end shelf.

Louvre Wall Panels

Symmetrically louvred sheet steel panels, to accept storage bins and tool carrier blocks. Fixing points allow easy wall mounting. Double folds aid rigidity - horizontal panels have reinforcing backstrips.

CNC Storage Cupboard

Tools may be stored in a tidy, dust-free environment within this cupboard. A lockable door secures the contents and has perforated inner panels for tool hooks. Supplied empty, there are a variety of different storage options for within the cupboard including storage drawers and extending shelves.

The useable space for tool inserts is 3 x 625mm for example, when using 50mm tool inserts, the maximum amount that would fit in 3 rows is 36.
