For use in conjunction with empty tool carrier blocks.

Tool Carriers

Tool carrier blocks offer a new, flexible method of storing CNC tooling. Individual tool pots simply clip into the carrier block. Specify the type of tooling and then add the required amount of storage pots to the carrier block. Tool carrier blocks may be used in conjunction with trolleys, cupboards or freestanding on a bench top. Supplied in yellow RAL1023 only.
Tool carrier block dimensions (W x D x H): 590 x 124 x 110mm.
Tool blocks can mount directly into 750mm wide drawers.

Heavy Duty CNC Tool Storage Trolley

This heavy duty trolley allows tools to be transported safely and effectively throughout a workshop environment.
The trolley will accept up to 24 tool blocks, dependent upon tooling size.
Dimensions (H x W x D): 1150 x 1115 x 600mm.
Tool block capacity: 24

CNC Tool-Rack Storage System

Available in single and double sided units. A flexible design which allows the free standing starter units to have add-on bays on the side to create longer runs wherever necessary.
All units must be firmly fixed to the floor.

Holds up to 80kg.
will require 3 tool carriers.
CNC Tool Storage Shelf - extendable (illustrated middle).
Holds up to 80kg, tool inserts fit directly onto shelf (requires tool inserts).
The useable space for tool inserts is 3 x 625mm for example, when using 50mm tool inserts, the maximum amount that would fit in 3 rows is 36.
CNC Tool Storage Drawer - use empty or with drawer insert 430 13 006.12V and tool inserts.

Louvre Wall Panels

Symmetrically louvred sheet steel panels, to accept storage bins and tool carrier blocks. Fixing points allow easy wall mounting. Double folds aid rigidity - horizontal panels have reinforcing backstrips.
