Enamel Finish Interchangeable Anvil Micrometers

With one-piece carbide tip spindle and interchangeable hardened anvils with ground threads. Micro-lapped anvil and spindle faces, perforated frame with enamel finish. Supplied with standards, ratchet stop, positive locking clamp and supplied in a wooden or plastic (depending on size) storage case. Accuracy: Flatness: 0.6mm up to 300mm, 1.0mm up to 300 - 1000mm. The ball is hardened and moves freely to allow contact with the object being measured. Note: Always deduct the ball diameter from every reading.
