Enamel Finish Interchangeable Anvil Micrometers

With one-piece carbide tip spindle and interchangeable hardened anvils with ground threads. Micro-lapped anvil and spindle faces, perforated frame with enamel finish. Supplied with standards, ratchet stop, positive locking clamp and supplied in a wooden or plastic (depending on size) storage case. Accuracy: Flatness: 0.6mm up to 300mm, 1.0mm up to 300 - 1000mm. Interchangeable Rod Type

These are lightweight, well balanced and rigid. Satin-chrome finish with hardened, ground and lapped measuring screw. Each micrometer of less than 300mm (12") is supplied with convenient handle to reach into deep holes. The set also includes spacing collar, a series of precision measuring rods and a dull chrome plated micrometer head. Spacing collars are designed for making up for the limited stroke of the micrometer head. Each rod marked with length. Easily reset - adjustment positive and permanent.
