The unmachined areas are coated in a durable high gloss epoxy coating. The cutter is set at a low angle this ensures vibration is kept to a minimum producing good results when used on plastic laminates and other man made materials. All have adjustable cutter alignment and depth of cut.

The blade is manufactured from high carbon steel polished and precision ground, for a sharp long lasting edge. The blades are fully adjustable for depth of cut, alignment to the work surface and mouth size. The Frog with brass adjusting nut provides precise adjustment of the blade. The handles are virtually unbreakable and contoured to fit comfortably into the hand for improved control and reduced fatigue when in use.
