Series S6520

Micro Super-Rapid fittings allow fast connection and disconnection of plastic tube, it can be repeated several times and can be performed using one hand and without the use of tools. The sealing ring (O-Ring) can be easily replaced if it is damaged or should the rubber compound from which it is made wear with time. This advantage derives from the simple execution of the internal collet, which can be extracted allowing the replacement of the O-Ring.

When involved in factory maintenance or plant installation it is often difficult to be certain which size of fitting will be required. The Camozzi pipe fitting range provides a cost effective solution to this problem. The full range includes straight, L - T shaped and cross piece male or female couplings, all of which are available in a large variety of thread sizes.

Push-fit System - Compressed Air

Range of push-in fittings and pipe provide the ideal connection from compressor to air-line service components through to complete ring main and take off points. A compressed air system can be installed quickly and easily, reducing the need for specialist staff providing reduced production down time. All the connections can be made with a simple push-in action, no need to prepare threaded pipe or solvent. The system will be ready for use immediately and complex systems much more rapidly than traditional methods. Because of the ease of use, this system can be disconnected, altered and extended. Bosch Rexroth Pneumatic Fittings

Rexroth QR1 Series push in pneumatic fittings type are available for inch tubing/NPT threads and metric tubing/ISO-G (BSPP) threads. The user friendly oval release ring allow the push-in fittings to quickly release from the tubing much more easily than traditional round release rings. QR1 fittings come in standard and mini sizes, plus function fittings such as ball valves, check valves, flow control etc. They feature premium materials such as the stainless steel tube locking mechanism and polymer body and release ring.

Copper Compression Fittings

Manufactured to EN 1254 (formerly BS864/2), and carrying the prestigious Kitemark, Prestex ?type A? compression fittings are suitable for mechanically joining copper or stainless steel tube by means of compressing a cone into a tube without the application of heat. The range is designed for use with copper tube to BS EN 1057: 1996 (formerly BS2871: part1 ), BS2871: part 2, or stainless steel tube to BS4127: 1994). Fittings are available in brass, all with brass cap nuts as standard.
