PCL? InstantAir Airline Couplings

The InstantAir range of couplings and adaptors are the original and genuine Broomwade bayonet fittings. Steel bayonet type couplings, preventing accidental disconnection Suitable for most fixed compressed air applications, although swivel adaptors are recommended for hose applications.
Nominal bore: 5.6mm.
Maximum flow rate: 54 cfm 100 lbf/in.
Maximum working pressure: 17 bar (250 lbf/in).
Temperature range: -20C to 80C.

PCL Genuine "Schrader" Airline Couplings

High flow, quick release couplings with locking facility to prevent accidental disconnection. Swivel facility eliminates hose kinking. Free air flow rate at 7 bar/100PSI: 50CFM (1400ltr/min).

This PF range of couplings and adaptors has been designed to offer a competitive alternative to the genuine Schrader range of couplings and adaptors.
Nominal bore: 5.0mm.
Flow rate 6bar: 2200 l/min 0.5bar p.d.
Maximum working pressure: 35 bar (508lbf/in).
Temperature range: -40C to 100C.

For use with XF Series Couplings. Designed to conform to ISO 4414:1998 and EN 983:1996 safety requirements covering the installation and use of pneumatic equipment.

The 'Industry Standard' coupling. For use with air tools, garage, industrial air line supplies and test panels. Free air flow rate at 7bar/100PSI: 35 to 42 cfm (990 to 1130ltr/min). Zinc plated all steel construction, finished in hard wearing passivate. Stainless steel springs and balls. Positive single locking action prevents accidental dislocation. For fixed applications - for couplings for trailing hoses see 'Vertex' type below.
