Manufactured from hardened steel that has been precisely ground to produce parallel edges so that the square has an exact right angle on both the inside and outside of the stock and blade, to ensure accuracy. Conforms to BS939 Grade B.

Level Developments Square Frame Level

Two opposing flat bearing surfaces and two opposing vee surfaces ground to within 0.002mm. Manufactured from stabilised cast iron. Sensitivity: 0.02mm/m (0.0002/10"). Size: 200mm x 200mm (8" x 8").

Machinist's Level

Cast iron base, precision ground and finished reference surfaces, unmachined surfaces are epoxy coated. With ground and graduated main vials housed in a chrome finished brass tube with a friction fit closing cover to prevent breakage with cross test vial to prevent inaccuracies in the main vial caused by canting the level sideways on convex work. Base is grooved for use on convex surfaces.

Level Developments Circular Spirit Levels

For permanent fixing to level critical machines etc. Sensitivity of 20-30 minutes per 2mm of bubble movement.

Level Developments Precision Screw-on Levels

For permanent fixing to machines and other units to level and check horizontal surfaces. Durable construction. Hardened base. Vial is protected from damage by a tough plastic screen.
Available in 2 models, with sensitivities of 0.4mm/M (0.004/10") or 0.05mm/M (0.0005/10"). Length: 120mm.

Cross Test Level

The two vials are at right angles to one another for cross test levelling without moving the level from the workpiece. Cast iron body with precision ground reference surface and hard wearing epoxy coating.

For levelling and checking horizontal surfaces. Manufactured from stabilised cast iron. Hardened, flat and vee load bearing surfaces. Two vials (horizontal and vertical) with exceptional shock resistance. Large bubbles for maximum clarity. Glass vial protection with metal cover plate protects against hand heat.
