The Centurion roofer helmet has been designed especially for use in windy, exposed conditions. It's adjustable ratchet headband ensures a secure fit and the helmet comes complete with a terylene cradle, vabon sweatband, ventilation holes and VentPlugs for extra comfort. Standard: EN 397.

Centurion Baseball Bump Cap

Provides lightweight head protection while also doubling as a fashionable, comfortable piece of workwear. The look and feel of the Baseball Bump Cap makes it more acceptable for employees to wear, compared to the conventional plastic cap. The CAP 2000 can be used in environments where there is a risk of minor bumps or scrapes to the head. Incorporates a stylish cotton baseball cap with ABS protective shell. It is not to be used as an industrial safety helmet. Fits comfortably and securely for a prolonged period of time. Features a high level of ventilation (up to the maximum allowed within EN 812) to supply increased airflow. The peak is also moulded to enable you to shape it to your personal preference and the peak length has been reduced for enhanced upward visibility.

Normal Peak

1100 Standard. Lightweight low density polyethylene (LDPE) cradle. High density polyethylene (HDPE). 1125 Comfort. A popular general purpose helmet. High density polyethylene (HDPE). Sewn terylene cradle, comfortable brushed nylon sweatbands. Compatible with Centurion Connect range of accessories. Available in two styles: Normal peak and reduced peak for enhanced upward visibility.

Centurion CAP 2000 Baseball Bump Cap

Fashionable head protection where there is a risk of minor bumps or scrapes to the head. (Not to be used as an industry safety helmet). ABS shell within a cotton baseball cap. Fully adjustable velcro strap, air vents, internal comfort pad and a moulded peak that can be easily shaped. BSI Kitemarked to EN812 (CE approved to 89/686).

S28 Cool Cap Baseball Bump Cap

The Centurion S28 Cool Cap Baseball Bump Cap is a fashionable workwear item as well as giving maximum comfort during prolonged use. The new design Cool Cap is fitted over an ABS liner to provide lightweight head protection where high impact resistance is not essential, but there is a risk of minor bumps or scrapes to the head. The Cool Cap incorporates many new features and benefits, in particular large ventilation mesh panels, providing the maximum ventilation allowed within EN 812. The ventilation panels are on each side of the cap, thereby providing a improved flow of air, both reducing heat build-up and increasing user comfort. The Cool Cap comes fitted with a foam insert either side of the cap for additional comfort and side impact protection - making the sides of the Cool Cap 45% more shock absorbent compared to a standard ABS liner. These side foam inserts are optional and are not necessary for the EN 812 test performance - so can be removed it preferred.
