The NEW HardCap A1 is another major innovation from JSP in head protection design. It exceeds the most recent standards and offers unrivalled protection in both performance and style. Sleek and low profile, it's almost impossible to distinguish from a standard high street' baseball cap. The unique angled adjuster designed to fit under the occipital bone at the rear of the skull; means one size really does fit all, particularly when combined with the castellated protective liner. The liner is removable, so that the cap part is can be washed in a machine for improved hygiene. It has a terry-towelling sweatband for added comfort and all colour-ways have subtle reflective piping for added visibility safety.

Centurion Baseball Bump Cap

Provides lightweight head protection while also doubling as a fashionable, comfortable piece of workwear. The look and feel of the Baseball Bump Cap makes it more acceptable for employees to wear, compared to the conventional plastic cap. The CAP 2000 can be used in environments where there is a risk of minor bumps or scrapes to the head. Incorporates a stylish cotton baseball cap with ABS protective shell. It is not to be used as an industrial safety helmet. Fits comfortably and securely for a prolonged period of time. Features a high level of ventilation (up to the maximum allowed within EN 812) to supply increased airflow. The peak is also moulded to enable you to shape it to your personal preference and the peak length has been reduced for enhanced upward visibility.

Professional Safety Helmet

Rutland?'s Professional safety helmets have been designed to provide a stable and comfortable fit, with less leverage on the head and a low centre of gravity, help make it feel even lighter than it is.

The short peak does not obscure your field of vision in the way traditional peaked styles of safety helmets do. The new DeFormaTec? system reacts ultra quickly to absorb impact energy before it reaches the wearer. The helmet shell is a result of analysis of thousands of helmet crash tests. It is based on the same principle as a rigid yet flexible Formula 1 chassis, reacting on impact by partial deformation to absorb the shock. Fitted with a four point adjustable comfort webbing harness and absorbent soft leather sweatband.

With ventilation holes at the top of the helmet shell to expel hot air where it gathers and to draw in cool air from below. The unique shape of the crown on the Rutland helmet allows this to happen more effectively than with traditional helmets.
