Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Clearance

C3 bearings have an additional internal radial clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Open type:

Without seals to allow for the free circulation of either oil or grease.

Conti-V Ultraflex

Narrow Section Wrapped V-Belts conform to DIN 7753 and BS 3790. Moderately oil-resistant. Resistant to temperatures from -55C to +70C. Electrically conductive (anti-static) to ISO 1813. Insensitive to dust. Suitable for tropical climates.

Cast iron self lube unit plummer blocks. With two slotted holes for fixing.

Taper Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are comprised of solid inner and outer rings with raceways, taper rollers and cages manufactured from pressed steel. The bearings are not self-retaining. As a result, the inner ring with the rollers can be fitted separately from the outer ring. Tapered roller bearings are not sealed and not supplied grease filled.

Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Single row angular contact bearings have the raceways arranged that the forces are transmitted from one raceway to the other at a specific contact angle and can only support axial forces in one direction. They must be axially adjusted against a second bearing fitted in a mirror image.

Self-Aligning Ball Bearings

2200 & 2300 Series self-aligning ball bearings are double row with a concave raceway to allow approximately 4° of misalignment. They have a tapered bore for use with adaptor sleeves. There are also a range of sealed versions available.

Cast Iron Frame Motors - IE2 (Eff1 Premium Efficiency). Suitable for inverter duty applications. Regreasing nipple from frame 225S/M and above. Thermistors (1 per phase) fitted in
frame 160M and above.

Shielded type:

With metal shields inserted into the outer raceway, these fit in closely to the inner race providing moderate protection against mechanical damage, and against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The shields also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Shields can be easily removed for applications that only require one shield.
