Taper Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are comprised of solid inner and outer rings with raceways, taper rollers and cages manufactured from pressed steel. The bearings are not self-retaining. As a result, the inner ring with the rollers can be fitted separately from the outer ring. Tapered roller bearings are not sealed and not supplied grease filled.

Conti-V Ultraflex

Narrow Section Wrapped V-Belts conform to DIN 7753 and BS 3790. Moderately oil-resistant. Resistant to temperatures from -55C to +70C. Electrically conductive (anti-static) to ISO 1813. Insensitive to dust. Suitable for tropical climates.

Self Priming Centrifugal Pumps

Self priming centrifugal pumps offer rapid self priming without a foot valve, open impeller to allow passage of wide solids, highly abrasive resistant and are easy to install.
Maximum suction lift 7m with water. Materials of construction are cast iron, stainless steel and bronze.
Applications:
• Surface mounted sump emptying, transfer of clean, dirty or solid contaminated liquids.
• Marine applications include fire fighting, bilge pumping, loading and unloading.
• Surface irrigation, washing.
• Dewatering and recirculation.

SK High Power Wedge Belts

To ISO 4184, BS 3790, DIN 7753 and
USA Standard RMA/MPTA.
The wrapped Optibelt SK wedge belt has been developed with mechanical engineering in mind.
It transmits substantially more power than the classical V-belt with comparable top width.
The Optibelt SK high performance wedge belt is preferred for use in heavy mechanical engineering with very high load requirements, which can be over 2000kW.
*Belts marked are part of the S = C PLUS range with an efficiency of approximately 97% and are suitable for use and require no service or adjustment during service life.

Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Internal Clearance

C3 Bearings have an internal clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Rubber Sealed Type

With rubber seals inserted into the outer raceway and in contact with the inner race providing protection against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The seals also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Seals can be easily removed for applications that only require one seal.
