Magnetic Vee Blocks

Powerful magnet in a precision ground mild steel case. The vee block can be used on its base, side or end to hold components for machining operations. The large vee can hold diameters up to 65mm and the smaller vee diameters up to 20mm. The on/off switch toggles both vees simultaneously. Suitable for holding cylindrical and complex workpieces for marking, spark erosion, grinding, measurement and inspection operations. Magnetic adhesion (top & bottom faces): 200/150Kg

Any workpiece in materials such as tool and high speed steel will retain some magnetism after being held by a magnetic chuck. For further operations this may need to be demagnetised efficiently. Supplied complete with 1.8m cable.

Suitable for work holding and work handling. Supplied complete with release screw carry handle. Can be used in temperatures up to 100°C.

Magnetic Plate Drag

This powerful magnetic drag is manufactured with ferrite magnets. It enables quick and safe lifting and transportation of steel sheets. The grip is also used as a lever for disengaging the workpiece.

Can be set to any angle from 25° to 280° the main angles of 90°, 60°, 45° and 30° are marked for quick reference. For holding tube or sheet for welding and assembly applications.
