Moldex Hearing Protection

The right protection in lower noise level environments makes it easier to communicate, hear signals and keep in touch with your surroundings. There is a need for products specifically designed to protect against low but harmful noise levels. MelLows are the Moldex solution to lower dB-protection. They have the same shape and feel as the standard Moldex plugs and are comfortable and easy to insert. The noise reduction is especially low in the medium and lower frequencies where speech frequency is typically found and in the high frequencies the noise protection is enhanced providing protection whilst aiding communication. They are available in two types of packaging, individually bagged and Moldex Stations that allow you to put protection at the center of the workforce.

Moldex MelLows ear plug station that can be desk or wall mounted. Comes complete with 500 MelLows ear plugs that are specifically designed to protect against low but harmful noise levels. MelLows are the Moldex solution to lower dB-protection.

Ear Plug & Dispenser Set

The contoured shape gives an extra safe fit at a high protection level. The special foam formula that is soft comfortable material which offers stiffness when rolled for easy insertion. Zone helmet mounted ear defenders are suitable for environments that require the use of head protection in combination with hearing protection, such as, construction, forestry, oil & gas and heavy industry. Zone helmet mounted ear defenders can be simply converted into a head, face and hearing protection combination utilising the universal 30mm attachment post fitted as standard. Standby and parked positions allow the product to ?stand off the head? ready for use or to park the ear defender out of the way on the rear of the helmet when not in use.
Maintains optimum and even cushion pressure, twin stirrup design maintains stability and attenuation performance, low profile - reduces snagging risk, lightweight design, impact resistant ABS ear cups. Tuffsafe? banded earplugs have a durable plastic headband that flexes to adjust for jaw and head movements when worn this ensures the earplugs stay in the wearers ears.

Tuffsafe? banded ear plugs can be worn under the chin or behind the head. The arms pivot for maximum comfort. Suitable for intermittent wear as the earplugs do not need to be rolled to be fitted allowing easy insertion.
