In-Line Type

AS series in line speed controllers minimise installation time and cost as they reduce the mounting height and enable compact machinery design. The number of needle rotations has been increased from 8 to 10 turns to permit easy control at low speeds. Applicable tube material nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane tubing.
Operating pressure: 1MPa max.

(Universal Porting) Selective porting can provide 6 valve functions, such as N.C. valve, N.O. valve, divider valve, selector valve etc. Manifold valve can be easily converted from N.C. normally closed to N.O. normally open merely by turning over the switch cover.
Suitable for use in vacuum applications.

Push-Fit Pneumatic Fittings

Quick and simple tube insertion. Compact lightweight design with a well proven tube retaining system. Tapered threads have a re-usable thread seal and parallel threads have a rubber washer.
Main body manufactured from nickel plated brass, acetal resin, PBT with a stainless steel retaining ring, nitrile tube seal and acetal resin tube release collar.
Pressure range: - 0.9 bar min to + 10 bar max.
Temp range: - 20C min to + 70C max.
Tube suitability: nylon, polyurethane.
