Kennedy Hydraulic Ram

10 ton capacity grease filled hydraulic ram with spring loaded plunger. Provides direct non-twisting application of thrust that is more effective and secure than a mechanical thrust screw. Fully threaded body allows for quick and easy height adjustment.

Long Reach Mechanical Puller - 2 Jaw

Used for the removal of gears, ball races, bearings, pulleys and sprockets from a drive shaft. With reach capacities of 75mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. All sizes have double ended, adjustable, reversible legs and can be used for internal and external applications. Selection. Always use a 3 jaw puller whenever possible. This produces better load distribution across the jaws and easier and safer removal of the part. Determine what 'spread' is needed this is the width of the part to be removed. The reach capacity is determined by the depth of the part to be removed.

10 ton capacity hydraulic ram with tommy bar. Supplied with 3 position puller legs covering a spread of 50 - 250mm and reach of 0 - 250mm. Can be used as a 2 or 3 legged puller with the same head.

Fully hardened & chromed carbon steel slide hammer with a 1.2kg weight. Slide hammer design for removing bearings from blind housings. Suitable for use where a shaft or other solid surface is not available for a thrust bolt or hydraulic ram to push against. The bearing is removed by the impact action of the slide hammer weight hitting the stop at the end of the bar. The puller legs are securely located on the bearing by screwing down the tapered nut to lock the arms in position. Blow moulded case.

External Mechanical 2 Long Jaw Puller

Manufactured from drop forged hardened alloy steel. 3 position extra long legs to be used where access is limited. The puller legs are securely located on the bearing by screwing down the tapered nut to lock the arms in position. The legs are then retracted with the bearing by turning the t-bar to extend the thrust bolt on to fixed shaft.

Kennedy Mechanical Pullers

Kennedy three leg mechanical pullers are used for the removal of gears, ball races, bearings, pulleys and sprockets from drive shafts. With a range of reach capacities available (75 to 200mm) selecting the puller for the job could not be simpler. All have double-ended reversible legs so that they can grip internally or externally depending on your requirement.

Always use a three leg puller whenever possible. As they will grip the component being pulled more securely and the load is more evenly distribution across the three legs, this helps to make removal of the component easier and safer.

To select the correct Kennedy puller for the job you will need to determine what spread and reach capacity is required; spread capacity this is the width of the part to be removed and the reach capacity depth of the part to be removed.
