Chain Hoist

Each hoist is made with high grade materials including alloy steel gears and hooks. The unique, specialised outer design allows extra strength, durability and ensures protection of the gears from impact and dust. All load and hand chains are calibrated and supplied in an electro galvanised finish. The load chain is hardened grade 80 alloy steel. All top and bottom hooks are fitted with cast steel, heavy duty catches.



Blocks are manufactured to B53243. Chain manufactured to ISO 1834. The chain block is not only strong and durable but is safe and light, suitable for all applications.

Spiked Steel Chain

Ornamental welded steel chain with spike every alternate link. Hot dip galvanized for maximum corrosion resistance.

Dee Shackles

A coupling link for chain and rope with a ?D? shape to prevent excess movement. Material and pin diameters are equal except where stated. Rated loads are for guidance only - ?tested? dee shackles are available to order.



Galvanised.
Pin diameter: 12mm (1/2").
Rated load: 500kg.

Spring Hooks

A permanent end connector for chain and rope.



Zinc plated finish.
Size: 90mm (3,1/2").

Pulleys

Ideal for flagpoles, washing lines, and rolling back awning canopies. With cast wheels for ropes up to 8mm dia. Line pulleys are supplied fitted with S type hooks. Galvanised pulleys have cast wheels for rope up to 8mm dia. Black (epoxy) pulleys have nylon wheels for rope up to 9.5mm dia. All types are with single wheel.

Single Awning Pulley

Galvanised.

Bow Shackles

A coupling link with a bow shape to allow extra clearance for more than one length of chain or rope. Material and pin diameters are equal except where stated. Rated loads are for guidance only. ?Tested? bow shackles are available to order.

Rated load: 125kg.

Welded Straight Link Chain

Often used for common everyday uses such as trailer ties and door stays as well as the handling of materials in industry. The chain has the weld placed at the side of each link of chain. A popular and versatile product. Welded chain is light and strong, ideal for general-purpose applications such as park swings, garden use, security etc. Manufactured from mild steel. Supplied in 10m length packs in boxes (other lengths are available on request).

Galvanised Finish

Gives a high standard of corrosion-resistance in all exterior environments. The thickness of the zinc coating may be variable due to the process of dipping in molten zinc. Recommended for exterior use.

Carbine Hooks

Quick release hook for connecting to chain or rope.

Tarpaulin Cord Ball Tie Sets

These elastic shock cord with ball tie sets are manufactured from hard wearing and rot proof 5mm elastic shock cord with a multi-stranded elastic core, the outer polythene cover is UV resistant and weatherproof for increased durability.
