E.A.R Tracers offer all the benefits of UltraFit whilst also being metal detectable. The 2.75mm steel ball is securely positioned in the stem of the plug. Tracers are specifically designed for the food processing, manufacturing and other industries where there is a risk of contamination.

Ear Defenders

Ear defenders have been designed and developed for use in extremely noisy environments, airports, mines and marine engine rooms. The protection is based on new technology with a double casing that minimizes resonance in the holder casing. This results in maximum high frequency muffling while at the same time it's easy to understand speech and signals. The sealing rings are broad and filled with soft plastic foam for the best fit and low contact pressure. Good inner space for ear.

Banded Earplugs

Laboratory tested NRR 20dB Class BL conically shaped pods made of silicone swivel for easy alignment and entry into ear. Worn under chin, it will not interfere with hard hat or glasses. Band for placing around neck helps prevent loss and is ideal for intermittent use. Conform to EN352-2: 2002.

One of the lightest semi-aural hearing devices on the market. These ear plugs provide day long protection for workers exposed to noise and are ideal as disposable protectors for factory visitors. Replacement pods are available. Conform to EN352-2: 1993 tested and approved by INSPEC technical specifications. SNR 22dB. Box of 40 pairs.

UF-01-000 UltraFit Ear Plugs

When the convenience and permanence of a pre-moulded ear plug is more suitable for your requirements. The unique patented triple flange design allows one size of E.A.R. UltraFit to fit most ear canals comfortably and provides a high level of attenuation. Optional cord supplied.

UF-01-012 Ultra Fit 20 Ear Plugs

For higher noise levels (up to 93dB (A)) the E.A.R Ultrafit 20 provides that little bit of extra attenuation. Correctly matched to the noise level it allows conversation and background music to be heard whilst protecting the user from hearing loss. Washable up to 50 times the UltraFit 20 is an economic hearing protector.

E.A.R. Banded Semi-Aural Ear Plugs

Flexicap
Durable plastic headband equipped with soft, flexing pads adjusting to jaw and head movements. It can be worn under the chin or behind the head. Arms pivot for maximum comfort. Suitable for intermittent wear as the ear plugs do not need to be rolled to be fitted allowing easy insertion. EU-00608.
