3M Versaflo™ S-Series Head Covers

Integrated suspension models offer the advantages of being fully assembled and ready to use. They can be suitable for applications that require frequent replacement of the entire headtop assembly, such as pharmaceutical manufacturing or in situations where there’s less soiling of the outer fabric. For disposal, the suspension assembly and air inlet components can be quickley removed and separated for segregated waste streams where facilities are available.

The 3M 4000 series has been improved and upgraded. It now incorporates a new textured blue face seal for improved comfort. Integral twin inhalation valves together with unique carbon filters reduce breathing resistance and the parabolic exhalation valve reduces heat build up. Provides the user with optimum protection and comfort. For protection against organic vapours such as white spirit, Toluene, M.E.K. and degreasing solutions.

Pre-assembled Mask To EN140/143

FFP3RD. For protection against all dusts, mists and fumes including highly toxic metals, biochemical substances and biologically active aerosols e.g. spraying pesticides. The 8082 face piece is manufactured from Kraton rubber offering the wearer a soft and comfortable face seal. Replaceable particulate filter discs provide dust, mist and fume protection. Once a gas cartridge is fitted to the respirator it can be combined with replaceable particulate filter discs by use of the particulate filter holder - 8090, which clips onto the gas cartridge, forming a gas and particulate respirator.
Approved to EN140:1998, EN14387:2004 and EN143:2000.

2495 1-Strap (Valved) Dust/Mist Respirator

One strap makes the mask easy to put on and take off, fitted with a head harness as part of the strap ensures correct positioning and increases comfort. Foam nose piece
