Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings are double row units comprising solid outer rings with a concave raceway, solid inner rings and barrel rollers with cages. We stock both the plain (symmetrical) bore (EAW33) and taper bore (EAKW33).
The symmetrical barrel rollers orientate themselves freely on the concave outer raceway. As a result, shaft flexing and misalignment of the bearing seats are compensated.

Grade G100 Steel Balls

Low carbon case hardened steel balls are for general use in castors, conveyors, non precision bearings and any slow rotating parts.They have resistance to shock loads with a good load carrying ability and excellent resistance to surface wear. The G100 standard ball is of a high spherical standard.

Narrow Section Wrapped V-Belts conform to DIN 7753 and BS 3790. Moderately oil-resistant. Resistant to temperatures from -55C to +70C. Electrically conductive (anti-static) to ISO 1813. Insensitive to dust. Suitable for tropical climates.

The flex element is designed to split in half, allowing simplified assembly and disassembly. Interchangeable hubs allow for reduced inventory.
