Self Aligning Bearings

With double ball rows and a spherical raceway in the outer ring, self-aligning ball bearings can compensate for installation errors or shaft misalignment. Useful for applications requiring high rotating speeds while exercising moderate radial, and moderate or low axial loading. Available in cylindrical bore or taper bore (K suffix). Clearance is standardised (ISO 5753). The values are different for cylindrical bore and tapered bore bearings (suffix K). The latter have a significantly larger clearance to allow the reduction in clearance resulting from the adapter sleeves interference fit.

Self Aligning - Plain Bore

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings with inner and outer rings. Several styles are available in this series with one or two ribs on either the inner or outer rings. These can support high radial loads and higher speeds due to the cage design than the full compliment designs. The bearings are separable and easier to fit and dismantle.

Electric hot plate with thermostat controlled bearing heating

The electric hot plate HP 200C Series is especially suitable for heating small bearings or small machine parts.

The temperature is infinitely variable from 50°C to 200°C. (122°F to 392°F)
