NTN SNR Thermometer

The NTN SNR Infrared thermometer LASER TEMP 301 is an infrared thermometer used to diagnose, inspect and check any temperature. Thanks to its elaborated optical system, it allows an easy and accurate measurement of little distant targets. Ideal for rapidly establishing an initial diagnosis of how equipment is operating with complete safety, precise remote or contact temperature measurements.

SNR Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Open type 25mm bore bearing for the free circulation of either oil or grease.
Size: 25 x 47 x 14mm.

Lock Nuts

Used primarily to help lock and locate bearings on shafts or adaptor sleeves. They have evenly spaced slots on the circumference for use with the SNR range of hook spanners.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Clearance

C3 bearings have an additional internal radial clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Shielded type:

With metal shields inserted into the outer raceway, these fit in closely to the inner race providing moderate protection against mechanical damage, and against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The shields also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Shields can be easily removed for applications that only require one shield.

SNR Shaft Seals & Adaptors

Adapter sleeves are commonly used for locating tapered bored bearing and securing them to a shaft. They can be accurately positioned and dismounted. By using in conjunction with SNR feeler gauges accurate radial clearances will be achieved.

Taper Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are comprised of solid inner and outer rings with raceways, taper rollers and cages manufactured from pressed steel. The bearings are not self-retaining. As a result, the inner ring with the rollers can be fitted separately from the outer ring. Tapered roller bearings are not sealed and not supplied grease filled.

Narrow Series Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Clearance

Slightly narrower than the 6000 series with the same bore and outside diameter. Designed to withstand radial loads, withstand axial loads in both directions and operate at high speeds of rotation.

To lock the shaft tighten up two grub screws,
to unlock it you remove the screws, inserting one in the third hole and wind in to lever off the hub from the shaft.
