SNR Bearings

SNR has developed a complete range of high quality ball thrust bearings. Thrust bearings are designed to maintain the shaft in one single direction. They admit low rotating speeds and sustain high axial loads.

You are strongly advised against submitting them to radial loading. Ball thrust bearings are comprised of separate items facilitating installation and maintenance. Grease and oil lubrication is feasible.

Applications: vertical shaft, lathe tailstock, plate-type pumps.

Angular Contact Bearings - Double Row

Double-row angular-contact ball bearings accept axial loads in both directions and can be used singly, as dual bearing units.? withstand axial loads in both directions? accept relatively high speeds of rotationThe construction of these bearings limits them to very small misalignment values, in the range of 0.06.

Series 32...B, 33...B

Contact angle 32, with filling slots and accept axial loads (higher loads than Type A) in a predominant direction. Cage in pressed steel, synthetic material or machined brass.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Widely used in machinery, automobiles, tractors, machine tools, motors, pumps, agricultural machinery and other high speed facilities.

SNR Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Open type without seals to allow for the free circulation of either oil or grease, used in gearboxes and other assemblies where a lubricant is already present.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Clearance

C3 bearings have an additional internal radial clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Open type:

Without seals to allow for the free circulation of either oil or grease.

SNR Bearings

SNR double-row ball bearings have become the natural substitute for single-row ball bearings for higher radial load applications, or for axial loads in both directions. Suitable for mean rotating speeds, these bearings only admit very slight misalignment between shaft and housing, to the order of 0.06.
Standard synthetic material cage.

Applications: electrical motors, household appliances, wood-machine spindles, small reduction gears.

Rubber seals inserted into the outer raceway and in contact with the inner race providing protection against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects.

Shielded type:

With metal shields inserted into the outer raceway, these fit in closely to the inner race providing moderate protection against mechanical damage, and against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The shields also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Shields can be easily removed for applications that only require one shield.
