Double-row Self-Aligning Ball Bearings - Sealed Type

The spherical race in the outer ring allows angular displacement. It has good ability to withstand radial loads. Its design, however, means that it can only accept very low axial loads. These bearings are pre-greased but seals limit angular travel possibilities to 1/20. Basic loads are the same as the series 12 and 13 bearings of the same diameter, as they have the same internal design definition. The misalignment angle must nevertheless be limited in order to remain within values compatible with the sealing system used, the permissible misalignment is limited to 0.5

Taper Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are comprised of solid inner and outer rings with raceways, taper rollers and cages manufactured from pressed steel. The bearings are not self-retaining. As a result, the inner ring with the rollers can be fitted separately from the outer ring. Tapered roller bearings are not sealed and not supplied grease filled.

Taper Bore

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings with inner and outer rings. Several styles are available in this series with one or two ribs on either the inner or outer rings. These can support high radial loads and higher speeds due to the cage design than the full compliment designs. The bearings are separable and easier to fit and dismantle.

Without seals to allow for the free circulation of either oil or grease, used in gearboxes and other assemblies where a lubricant is already present.

Shielded Type

With metal shields inserted into the outer raceway, these fit in closely to the inner race providing moderate protection against mechanical damage, and against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The shields also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Shields can be easily removed for applications that only require one shield.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Clearance

C3 bearings have an additional internal radial clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Rubber sealed type:

With rubber seals inserted into the outer raceway and in contact with the inner race providing protection against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The seals also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Seals can be easily removed for applications that only require one seal.
