SNR Bearings

SNR double-row ball bearings have become the natural substitute for single-row ball bearings for higher radial load applications, or for axial loads in both directions. Suitable for mean rotating speeds, these bearings only admit very slight misalignment between shaft and housing, to the order of 0.06.
Standard synthetic material cage.

Applications: electrical motors, household appliances, wood-machine spindles, small reduction gears.

4300 Series Double Row Radial Contact Ball Bearings

Tab Washers

Tab washers are used for securing KM series lock nuts. They have an inner tab for location on the adaptor sleeve. One of the external tabs is bent over a slot when used wit the
KM series lock nuts.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Clearance

C3 bearings have an additional internal radial clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Rubber sealed type:

With rubber seals inserted into the outer raceway and in contact with the inner race providing protection against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The seals also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Seals can be easily removed for applications that only require one seal.

SNR Shaft Seals & Adaptors

Adapter sleeves are commonly used for locating tapered bored bearing and securing them to a shaft. They can be accurately positioned and dismounted. By using in conjunction with SNR feeler gauges accurate radial clearances will be achieved.

Taper Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are comprised of solid inner and outer rings with raceways, taper rollers and cages manufactured from pressed steel. The bearings are not self-retaining. As a result, the inner ring with the rollers can be fitted separately from the outer ring. Tapered roller bearings are not sealed and not supplied grease filled.

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings are double row units comprising solid outer rings with a concave raceway, solid inner rings and barrel rollers with cages. We stock both the plain (symmetrical) bore (EAW33) and taper bore (EAKW33).
The symmetrical barrel rollers orientate themselves freely on the concave outer raceway. As a result, shaft flexing and misalignment of the bearing seats are compensated.

Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Internal Clearance

C3 Bearings have an internal clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Shielded Type

With metal shields inserted into the outer raceway, these fit in closely to the inner race providing moderate protection against mechanical damage, and against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The shields also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Shields can be easily removed for applications that only require one shield.

Self-Aligning Ball Bearings

2200 & 2300 Series self-aligning ball bearings are double row with a concave raceway to allow approximately 4° of misalignment. These are cylindrical type but are also available with seals & taper bore for use with adaptor sleeves.
