Rubber sealed type:

With rubber seals inserted into the outer raceway and in contact with the inner race providing protection against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The seals also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Seals can be easily removed for applications that only require one seal.

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings are double row units comprising solid outer rings with a concave raceway, solid inner rings and barrel rollers with cages. We stock both the plain (symmetrical) bore (EAW33) and taper bore (EAKW33).
The symmetrical barrel rollers orientate themselves freely on the concave outer raceway. As a result, shaft flexing and misalignment of the bearing seats are compensated.

With metal shields inserted into the outer raceway, these fit in closely to the inner race providing moderate protection against mechanical damage, and against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. Lock Nuts

Used primarily to help lock and locate bearings on shafts or adaptor sleeves. They have evenly spaced slots on the circumference for use with the SNR range of hook spanners.
