Kennedy Drain Rods

Kennedy drain rods are the essential tool to have to easily and rapidly unblock drains, pipes or sewers. They are manufactured to exacting industry quality standards using polypropylene rod tubing that is fitted with solid brass threaded joints securely fixed in place with brass rivets. These Kennedy drain rods are strong, durable and are slightly flexible to ensure the rods have the right amount of flex to make it easier to feed them into the drain through the inspection hatch and to follow the bends in any drain, pipe or sewer. A full range of plunger, worm screw and drop scraper attachments are available.

Available as two different types of rod connecting joints:

Universal screwed thread connectors for rapid assembly and disassembly.
Lockfast retaining nut joints are secured with a spanner.

Jaws are serrated in the opposite direction to ensure a secure grip. Used mainly in the plumbing industry for gripping pipes & nuts. Cast iron frame, drop forged handles and jaws. All moving parts are heat treated. Used mainly in the plumbing industry for gripping pipes and nuts. Conform with BS 3594 : Part 2. Available in 7 sizes ranging from 8" - 36".

Stainless steel blade. Diecast alloy body. Extra wide lower jaws ensure easy production of 90 cuts. Guillotine action ensures a clean cut every time. 7-stage ratchet. Handle retaining loop for compact storage & blade safety. Replaceable blade. Not suitable for cutting metal.

Kennedy Pipe Tools

Kennedy adjustable pipe wrenches have a pressed steel handle with high carbon steel profiled jaws. They are a general purpose wrench with milled and hardened teeth which grip the work piece tighter the more pressure is applied.

Double Flaring Tool Set

Manufactured to double flare soft steel, aluminium and copper tubing up to .040" wall thickness producing SAE 45 flares. Heat treated alloy steel swivel is precision ground and chromed to reduce friction. Heat treated drop forged yoke. Each adaptor is clearly stamped with the size for easy identification. Bright lustre plate finish with contrasting black oxide. Will also produce a single flare. Sizes: 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", & 5/8".
